Privacy Policy

Un Momento is made by Romia LLC (“we”). This policy explains what the Un Momento iOS app does with your information. The short version: your videos stay on your device, and we don’t collect personal data.

Videos and photos

When you choose a video, Un Momento analyzes it entirely on your iPhone to find the plays. Your videos, clips and audio are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Clips you save are written to your Photos library, which requires your permission to add photos. The app only adds items; it does not read the rest of your library.

Camera and microphone

If you record a game in the app, it uses the camera and microphone to capture video and sound. Recordings are saved on your device only.

On-device analysis

To find plays, the app looks at motion, sound, on-screen scores, and body movement in the video, using Apple’s on-device frameworks. If you use the optional feature that favors moments featuring a particular player, the information used to recognize that player is kept in memory only while the app is analyzing and is discarded afterward. It is never stored or shared.

Usage data

The app keeps a simple log of which screens and features you use, stored only on your device, to help us improve the app. It is not sent to us. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before the change ships.

What we don’t do

We don’t require an account, we don’t sell or share data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Un Momento is designed for parents and is not directed at children under 13. Because we don’t collect personal information, we don’t knowingly collect it from children.

Deleting your data

Everything the app stores lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it. Clips you saved to Photos stay there until you delete them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
